This page is designed to give you an idea of what will happen during your six days at The LeaderShape Institute and provide you with information on what you need to do to prepare for your experience. Campus-Based Sessions of The LeaderShape Institute Image the impact 60 LeaderShape graduates could have on a single campus! This is why the first campus-based session of The LeaderShape Institute was established at the University of Michigan in 1992. The result was a high-impact experience that allowed members of the campus community to develop strong personal relationships and create positive change at Michigan. Since then, this same experience has happened on over 70 campuses with amazing results. Our campus-based sessions provide participants with an incredible opportunity to discuss campus issues, create diverse partnerships, and foster a depth of conversation that is typically not achieved in any other environment. Outcomes Leadership involves living in a state of possibility, making a commitment to a vision, developing relationships to move the vision into action, and sustaining a high level of integrity. The LeaderShape Institute aims to produce a breakthrough in the leadership capacity of participants and facilitators (learn more). Curriculum Our curriculum, refined by almost two decades of repetition and reviewed by hundreds of facilitators, is split into different themes for each of the six days of a session.
